Pastoral & Staff Support
We come alongside the pastor and staff to assist in fulfilling the vision they’ve been given by the Lord for their church. This assistance takes on many forms from initial planning to the implementation of the plan.
Leadership & Committee Training
We come alongside the church family to assist in training lay leaders and committees needed to meet the operational needs of the church’s various ministries. This assistance involves many different persons or groups from deacons to small group teachers to nominating/pastoral search committees.
Church Revitalization
or Replanting
We come alongside the church leadership to assist in assessing the need to consider revitalization or replanting and in adopting a plan to accomplish this task. This assistance takes on many forms from simply teaching the process to guiding the process until the goal is reached.
Local & Global Missions Strategies
We come alongside the church to assist them in initiating or participating with other churches in a local or global mission event. This assistance includes the coordination of local or global mission events between churches desiring to partner together. This is a great opportunity for the smaller churches to partner with others to help their church family be part of the Great Commission!
Church Development & Growth Strategies
We come alongside to assist in determining ways to prompt and maintain new growth which is so needed for a healthier church environment.
Facilities Management, Expansion & Relocation Strategies
We come alongside any church that is considering any of the forgoing possibilities. Our Pastoral Team Leader understands management and construction which can help our churches accomplish their goal in the most effective and financially prudent way.
Liaison with FBC, NAMB & SBC Agencies
We come alongside to assist in accessing and applying for any training or financial resources available from our Agencies.
Executive (Pastoral) Meetings & Fellowships
We come alongside our pastors and their wives to provide information, inspiration, and opportunities for fellowship. We are committed to be encouragers to the wives and families of our church pastors/staff who are often overlooked in their contribution to the effective ministry of the local church.
